Step by Step

Create a Workspace — Think of workspaces as departments or teams. Give it a name like "Engineering" or "Marketing."

Create a Project — Projects live inside workspaces. Each project has its own set of work items, settings, and team focus. Give it a name and a short prefix (like "ENG" or "MKT") that will appear on all work item numbers.

Choose a Methodology — Pick Kanban for continuous flow or Scrum if your team works in sprints. You can change this later in project settings.

Create Your First Work Item — Add something to track! It can be a task, a story, a bug — whatever fits your workflow.
After Setup
Once the wizard is complete, it won't appear again. You'll land on your Dashboard where you can see stats, navigate to projects, and start organizing your work.
Need to Create More?
You can always create additional workspaces and projects from the sidebar or the Workspaces page. There's no limit on how many you can create (plan-dependent).
