Global Search

Press Ctrl+K (or Cmd+K on Mac) anywhere in the app to open the global search.

How It Works

Start typing and Dragon Planner searches across:

  • 💳 Work Items — Matches against item numbers and titles. Results show the item type, status, and project.
  • 📁 Projects — Matches project names. Results show the workspace.

Results appear instantly as you type (after 2+ characters).

  • Use arrow keys to move through results
  • Press Enter to jump to the selected item
  • Click any result to navigate there
  • Press Escape to close search

Tips

  • 💡 Search by item number (e.g., "WEB-42") for exact matches.
  • 💡 Search by keywords in titles to find related items.
  • 💡 The search works across all your projects and workspaces — it's the fastest way to find anything.
