Right-Click Context Menu

Right-click any work item in the List or Backlog view to open a quick-action menu. This lets you make changes without opening the full detail modal.

Available Actions

• Status — Change to Todo, In Progress, Done, or Blocked
• Priority — Set P1 through P5
• Assignee — Assign to any team member or unassign
• Sprint — Move to a sprint or back to the backlog (Scrum projects)
• Story Points — Quick-set from common values (1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21)
• Open Details — Opens the full detail modal

The current value for each property is shown in bold so you can see what's already set.

Tips

• 💡 The context menu is the fastest way to triage items during a review — right-click, pick a status, move on.
• 💡 Works in both the List view and the Backlog view.
