The Audit Log provides a complete record of everything that's happened across your organization. It's useful for tracking changes, understanding who did what, and maintaining accountability.

What's Logged

Every significant action is recorded:

  • Work items created, updated, deleted, or completed
  • Status changes
  • Assignee changes
  • Sprint assignments
  • Comments added
  • And more

Filtering

The Audit Log can be filtered by:

FilterOptions
📅 Date RangeFrom and To date pickers
📁 ProjectNarrow to a specific project
👤 UserSee actions by a specific team member
🎯 ActionFilter by action type (created, updated, deleted, etc.)

Reading the Log

Each entry shows:

  • Who — The person who performed the action
  • What — The action taken (e.g., "updated status to Done")
  • Which item — The work item number and title
  • When — Timestamp
  • Project — Which project it happened in

Tips

  • 💡 Use the audit log during retrospectives to review what was accomplished during a sprint.
  • 💡 Filter by a specific user to see their contribution history.
  • 💡 The log shows 50 entries per page — use pagination to see older activity.
