The Audit Log provides a complete record of everything that's happened across your organization. It's useful for tracking changes, understanding who did what, and maintaining accountability.
What's Logged
Every significant action is recorded:
- Work items created, updated, deleted, or completed
- Status changes
- Assignee changes
- Sprint assignments
- Comments added
- And more
Filtering
The Audit Log can be filtered by:

| 📅 Date Range | From and To date pickers |
| 📁 Project | Narrow to a specific project |
| 👤 User | See actions by a specific team member |
| 🎯 Action | Filter by action type (created, updated, deleted, etc.) |
Reading the Log
Each entry shows:
- Who — The person who performed the action
- What — The action taken (e.g., "updated status to Done")
- Which item — The work item number and title
- When — Timestamp
- Project — Which project it happened in
Tips
- 💡 Use the audit log during retrospectives to review what was accomplished during a sprint.
- 💡 Filter by a specific user to see their contribution history.
- 💡 The log shows 50 entries per page — use pagination to see older activity.
