Notifications
The bell icon 🔔 in the top bar shows your notifications. A badge appears when you have unread notifications.

Notification Types
You'll receive notifications when:
| Event | Example |
|---|---|
| 📌 Assignment | A work item is assigned to you |
| 💬 Comment | Someone comments on an item you're involved with |
| 📣 Mention | Someone @mentions you in a comment |
| 🔄 Status Change | An item you're watching changes status |
| ✅ Completion | An item you're involved with is marked Done |
Viewing Notifications
Click the bell icon to open the notification panel. Each notification shows:
- What happened
- Who triggered it
- When it happened
- Whether you've read it
Actions
- Click a notification to navigate to the related work item
- Mark all as read to clear the unread badge
- Notifications are delivered in real time — you'll see them appear without refreshing
Email Notifications
If you have Email Notifications enabled in your Preferences, you'll also receive an email for each notification. You can toggle this on or off at any time.
Tips
- 💡 Notifications are personal — you only see events relevant to items assigned to you or where you're mentioned.
- 💡 If notifications feel noisy, turn off email notifications and rely on the in-app bell instead.
