Active Members
A table showing everyone currently on the team:
- Name & Email — Who they are
- Role — Their permission level (Admin or Member)
- Seat Type — Builder or Collaborator (see below)
- Actions — Edit their role or remove them
Seat Types
| Seat Type | Access |
|---|---|
| 🛠️ Builder | Full access including MCP/AI integrations. Designed for people actively building and managing projects. |
| 👤 Collaborator | Web access only. Can view and update work items but can't use AI/MCP features. Ideal for stakeholders and occasional contributors. |
Your plan determines how many seats of each type you can have.
Inviting New Members
Click Invite Member and fill in:
- Email — The person's email address
- Role — Admin or Member
- Seat Type — Builder or Collaborator
They'll receive an invitation email with a link to join. The invitation appears in the Pending Invitations section until accepted.
Managing Invitations
- Re-send — Send the invitation email again if they didn't receive it.
- Revoke — Cancel a pending invitation before it's accepted.
Editing Members
Click the edit button next to any member to change their role or seat type. Changes take effect immediately.
Removing Members
Click the remove button to revoke a member's access. They'll be signed out and won't be able to log back in. This doesn't delete any work they've done — their contributions remain in the system.
⚠️ Plan Limits
Your subscription plan sets limits on Builder and Collaborator seats. If you're at the limit, you'll need to upgrade or remove an existing member to add someone new.
