Your Preferences

Preferences let you customize Dragon Planner to fit how you like to work. Changes are saved automatically.

Profile

Display Name — The name shown to your teammates in comments, assignments, and activity logs. You can change this anytime.
Email — Your login email from your identity provider. This is read-only and can't be changed here.

🌙 Theme — Choose between Light and Dark mode. The change takes effect immediately.

📧 Email Notifications — Toggle whether you receive email notifications for assignments, mentions, and other events.
ESC Closes Modals — When enabled, pressing the Escape key closes any open modal or detail panel. Off by default to prevent accidental closing.
Click Outside Closes Modals — When enabled, clicking the area behind a modal closes it. On by default.
🏃 Hide Sprint Features — If your team uses Kanban and doesn't need sprints, toggle this on. It hides Program Increments and Sprints from the sidebar and removes sprint-related fields from work items.

💡 All preferences are personal — they only affect your account, not your teammates'.
