Current Plan

At the top, you'll see your active plan with:

  • 📌 Plan name (Free, Starter, Team, or Business)
  • 📅 Renewal date — When your subscription renews
  • 👥 Seat usage — How many Builder and Collaborator seats are in use vs. your limit
  • 🏢 Workspace / Project limits — Active counts vs. your plan's maximum

Plan Tiers

PlanBest For
🆓 FreeSolo users or small experiments. Limited seats and projects.
StarterSmall teams getting started with project management.
🚀 TeamGrowing teams that need more seats, projects, and features.
🏢 BusinessLarge organizations with advanced needs.

Each plan shows its features, pricing, and limits so you can compare.

Changing Your Plan

  • Upgrade — Click the upgrade button on the plan you want. You'll be redirected to a secure checkout page (powered by Stripe) to enter payment details.
  • Downgrade — Click downgrade on a lower tier. Your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then switches.
  • Manage Billing — Click "Manage Billing" to open the Stripe customer portal where you can update payment methods, view invoices, and manage your subscription details.

Tips

  • 💡 Plan changes are prorated — you'll only pay the difference when upgrading mid-cycle.
  • 💡 Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep full access until then.
  • 💡 If you hit a plan limit (workspaces, projects, or seats), you'll see a notification explaining what's reached the cap.
