Activity View

The Activity view shows a chronological timeline of everything that's happened in your project. It's a running log of all changes and events.

What You'll See

Entries are grouped by time period:

• 🟢 Today
• 🟡 Yesterday
• 🔵 This Week
• ⚪ This Month
• ⚫ Older

Each entry shows:

• Who performed the action
• What they did (created, updated, completed, changed status, etc.)
• Which work item was affected (with item number and title)
• When it happened (relative time like "5 minutes ago" or "2 days ago")

Loading More

The view loads 25 entries at a time. Click Load More at the bottom to see older activity.

Tips

• 💡 Use this view to catch up on what happened while you were away.
• 💡 The Activity view shows project-level activity. For organization-wide activity, check the Audit Log in Settings.
• 💡 Activity entries are generated automatically — you can't create or delete them.
