Board View (Kanban)
The Board view organizes your work items into columns based on their status. It's a visual way to track what's happening at a glance.

Columns
Four columns represent each status:
| Column | Color |
|---|---|
| ⚪ Todo | Blue |
| 🔵 In Progress | Teal |
| ✅ Done | Green |
| 🔴 Blocked | Red |
Each column shows a count of how many items it contains.
Cards
Each work item appears as a card showing:
- Item type icon and number
- Title (up to two lines)
- Priority label
- Sprint badge (Scrum projects)
- Comment count
- Story points
- Assignee initials
Drag and Drop
Drag a card from one column to another to change its status. For example, drag from "Todo" to "In Progress" when you start working on something. The change saves automatically.
Opening Details
Click any card to open the full detail modal where you can edit all fields, add comments, upload files, and more.
Tips
- 💡 The Board view is great for daily standups — everyone can see what's in progress and what's blocked.
- 💡 Cards in the Blocked column stand out in red, making it easy to identify items that need help.
